A History of Advocacy

Over thirty years ago, the Love Field Citizens Action Committee was established by a dedicated group of residents aiming to reduce noise pollution from Love Field Airport. Their relentless advocacy and dialogue with the city have been instrumental, leading to the adoption of 13 strategic recommendations aimed to significantly enhanced the Voluntary Noise Program.
